September Hike
Shannon, Tasha and family, and Heather enjoyed forest bathing, on the most beautiful of September days, at the Gorge Metropark. We hiked about 1.5 miles while taking in the breathtaking views of the Cuyahoga River through the Metropark. We learned that this area has been used for recreation for the past 100 years, which once included a roller coaster and a dance hall! This was a much-needed break from looking at computer monitors all day!
